Return Policy

At RestroGuard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, our return policy makes it easy to get a refund.

Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your purchase must be within the 30-day window
  • You must provide proof of purchase
  • For hardware returns, items must be in original condition

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access until the end of your billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time
